This privacy statement explains how and why we collect, use and protect the personal data that you provide to us when visiting our website or when contacting Theha BV. Theha BV is entitled to change the content of the privacy statement without notifying visitors to the website thereof. Implementing the change in the website is sufficient. Data and Purposes
If you: •submit a question using the question form or are interested in the Theha products, you are requested to provide the following personal data: your first name, surname and email address, so that Theha can contact you to reply to your question or comment, or to inform you about the products offered by Theha. •have a question about the quality of Theha products, in addition to your first name, surname and email address you will also be requested to provide your home address details so that we can send you replacement products. •wish to become a customer or supplier, then you are requested to provide the following data: your first and surname, your position at work, your email address, your home or mobile phone number, and the name, address, post code and location of your company.
Who has access to your data?
For the purposes described above, Theha BV may share, transfer or otherwise make your data accessible to legal persons with which Theha forms a group in the sense specified in Article 2:24b of the Dutch Civil Code. Theha BV shall not provide your data to third parties, unless it is legally obliged to do so or if Theha judges in good faith that such publication can reasonably be considered necessary in order to comply with legal procedures or in response to any claims. Theha ensures that your personal data is provided with an adequate level of protection in order to secure and protect your personal data against unauthorised use, unauthorised access, changes and unlawful destruction. Theha shall not store your data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, taking into account our need to answer questions and solve problems, to improve products or to offer new products, and to comply with legal requirements.This means that we keep your data for a maximum period of two years after your last contact with Theha. When the data we collect are no longer required, we shall destroy or remove these in a safe manner.
